Q. I recieve an error when opening a nzb file or the file does not load at all. What's wrong?
A. A lot of these errors are the result of corrupt downloaded nzb files, some versions of Opera seem to have this problem, you can try downloading nzb files using a different browser (for example Pocket Internet Explorer).
You can also try to download nzb files from a different website (for example nzbclub.com).

Q. Can I handle RAR files on windows mobile?
A. Yes you can, use Pocket RAR to unrar files.

Q. The program does not connect automatically when I click Download, is this normal?
A. This is normal, if you want to connect automatically using your cellular modem you have to enable this option in the Options Screen.

Q. Are there limits in file sizes I can download?
A. No.

Q. My device is getting less responsive during download, what can I do to improve performance?
A. Try to reduce the number of simultaneous connections. This will reduce the number of simultaneous threads. Closing other running applications also helps performance.

Q. Can I use Nzb Mobile with a Wi-Fi connection?
A. Yes you can.

Q. Which Usenet servers are supported?
A. All Usenet servers are supported. SSL and non-SSL servers.

Q. My Wi-Fi connection is lost when the device goes into standby, can it stay on?
A. You can try to use the "Enable Wi-Fi on Standby" option in the settings menu, if this does not work try to find a good tweak program for your device to enable this option.

Q. Can I use my free ISP usenetserver?
A. Yes, but only at home using your Wi-Fi connection. You probably need a pay server for your mobile connection.

Q. What is the default download folder?
A. The default download folder is located in the progam install folder.

Q. I keep running out of storage space after default install, any help?
A. Most mobile phones have a Storage Card it is recommended that you change your default download folder to your storage card. You can change the location in the options screen.
